2024–25 FAFSA® Form Launch
The 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form is now available. You can complete the form to apply for financial aid to help pay for attendance at college between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. We may initiate pauses for site maintenance and to make technical updates as needed to provide you with a better experience. What’s New The 2024–25 FAFSA form expands eligibility for federal student aid, including Pell Grants, and provides a streamlined user experience. 610,000 new students from low-income backgrounds will be eligible to receive Federal Pell Grants due to updates to student aid calculations. Plus, applicants will be able to skip as many as 26 questions, depending on their individual circumstances. Some applicants could answer as few as 18 questions, which could take less than 10 minutes. 24-25 FAFSA Coming in December
Missouri Priority Deadline-April 1, 2024 Missouri Final Deadline-TBD College Deadline-contact college * Priority Deadline: Generally, you must submit your FAFSA® by February 1 each year in order to meet the priority deadline. Due to the delayed roll-out of the 2024-2025 FAFSA, the priority deadline has been moved to April 1, 2024. Eligible students who apply on or before the priority deadline are guaranteed an award. If you want a chance at state aid in addition to federal aid, you need to meet the Missouri deadlines. You will use your tax information from last year when filing out the FAFSA. If you have questions about the FAFSA, please let Mrs. Johnson know. See Financial Aid Information page for more information. |
